Bill was born on November 27, 1951 in Wilmington, DE to parents Norman R. Dutton Jr. and Edna Mae Woodard and entered into eternal rest on November 4, 2015 at the age of 63. Bill cherished his family. He loved being outdoors; fishing and golfing. Bill really enjoyed gold mining. He was a very talented man; he could play the guitar and loved singing Christian songs. Bill led his family to God. He was a member of Phalba Full Gospel Church for 19 years. Bill also played and sang at church. He was a very loving and caring man who will be missed tremendously by all who knew and loved him.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his loving wife Virginia Dutton, granddaughters Randi Garrett, Kim Willingham, Staci Willingham, Amanda Garrett and Kayla Garrett, grandsons Jamie Garrett, Daniel Freeman, Travis Freeman and Allen Garrett, great-granddaughters Alison Diehl, AnaMarie Garrett and Mya Saucedo, sisters; Betty Bartholomew, Janie Thorpe and husband Gary and Ann Stafford and husband Ted Humberton, other loving family members and many more friends.
