Barbara Ann Nesemeier, 84 of Freeport, IL. was welcomed into heaven on Friday, July 29, 2016. Born October 13, 1931 in Freeport, IL to Harry and Lillian (Moth) Julius. She married George Nesemeier who preceded her in 1986. She worked in manufacturing most of her life at Amerock, Woodward Governor and Warner Lambert. Visits to Barbara’s house were welcomed with homemade chocolate chip, or peanut butter cookies or a homemade pie. She enjoyed showcasing her talents in crocheting with beautifully crafted afghans and lovely paint by number paintings. Barbara grew up on a farm and learned to appreciate the land and what it was able to produce, lending her to grow and nurture her beautiful flowers and love for animals especially her dogs.
Survivors: sister, Shirley Long; niece, JoAnn (Jim) Morgano, Sandra (Jeffrey) Seiver; nephew, Michael (Christine) Long; one great niece; five great nephews. Predeceased by parents; husband; brother, Walter Juluis.
