Carol Patricia (Creviston) Lofquist, 79, of Rockford, passed away in her home surrounded by her family on Saturday, August 25, 2018. She was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and friend. She was born on June 24, 1939 in Rockford to William and Maurine (Stegall) Creviston. She married Ronald W. Lofquist on June 29, 1957 in Rockford. He predeceased her on October 18, 2007. She worked many jobs over the years including volunteer work, eventually retiring from Broadway Florist. Pat enjoyed spending time with her family and was a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan.
Survived by her children, Colleen (Darren) Mattes, Brian (Chris) Lofquist, Rhonda (Pat) Smith; grandchildren, Bryan, Charlene, Adam, Shonna, Alyssa, Tyler, Brandi, Melodi, Brandon, Jason; great-grandchildren, Olivia, Milan, Ava, Novah, Ryu, Madyson. Preceded in death by her parents; husband; siblings; grandson.
