Celia L Silbaugh

Celia grew up in Reeseville, Wisconsin and graduated from high school in 1957. She graduated from Rock Valley College in 1976 and started Acctcele Accounting firm in 2001.

Celia was an avid bowler and golfer. She was inducted in the Rockford Bowling Hall of Fame in 2011.

She married Dennis Charles Silbaugh on April 1, 1989 in Loves Park, Illinois. She was a loving wife, mother, “gam gam”, sister and friend, who will be missed dearly.

Celia is survived by her husband, Dennis; children Celia (Randall) Belt, Mark (Patricia) VanBibber and Audra Starr Engelking. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother and a grandchild.

There will be a memorial service on Tuesday, December 11, 2012, 2pm at Sunset Funeral Home, 8800 N Alpine Road, Machesney Park. Reverend Bret Dahlseng of Grace Lutheran will be officiating. Inurnment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. There will be a reception following theservice, at Sunrise Restaurant, 7019 N. Alpine Road.
