Diana Leah Andrews

Diana Leah Andrews, age 82, of Roscoe, Illinois passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2023. She was born on February 16, 1941 in Roscoe, Illinois to the late Ford R.B. Jr. and Fern Andrews. Diana worked as a secretary for forty-seven and a half years at Greenlee before her retirement in 2006. During that period she dedicated her time to take care of her beloved sister Sally. She was a long time member of the Roscoe VFW. She loved to travel with her family, friends and the VFW. Her most memorable trips were to Australia and going on a cruise. In her free time she enjoyed crafting, word searches, supporting the Green Bay Packers, and could be found walking daily. Diana is survived by her brother Budd (Ruth) Andrews; her niece Shelia Ball; her nephews Harold Andrews and Gregory Andrews; and her many cousins and great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; her sister Sally Andrews; her brothers Art Andrews and Ray Andrews; and her nephew Curtis Andrews. A visitation for Diana will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Sunset Funeral Home, 8800 North Alpine Road, Machesney Park, Illinois 61115. A funeral service will immediately follow at 10:00 AM. A burial will occur Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 8800 N Alpine Rd, Machesney Park, IL 61115.
