Emilio Falcone, 89, of Rockford, Illinois passed away on March 13, 2021. Emilio was born in Chicago, Illinois on June 18, 1931. After graduating from High School Emilio went to Seminary and became a Priest. He soon felt called to serve his country and joined the Air Force which he retired from after 30 years of service. Emilio loved God, his country and his family.
Emilio is survived by his nephews, Robert, Lee, Emil, John, Pat, and Joe Weinbender; goddaughter, Rose; and cousin, Charles. He was preceded in death by his wife, Erica; parents and sister, Marie (Lee) Weinbender.
A Walk Through Visitation will be held on Monday, March 22, 2021 from 1pm until the time of Limited Capacity Funeral Service at 2pm at Sunset Funeral Home (8800 N. Alpine Rd, Machesney park, IL 61115).
