For the past 12 years I have been in search of Geno Beck. I’m not sure if this gentleman is my friend or not, but he sound like the Geno I knew. I met Geno in the early 1970’s in the Rock County Jail at a time when my life was in disorder and I was given a lot of years for my criminal activities. Over the years we became friends. The pony tail, the earring, him working in the communities of the downtrodden. Geno believed in the goodness of people. That we all could change. I owe this man! If this is my friend, my condolences to the family. If not, you should be pleased to know that another good man, with  the family name, is working to bring souls to God. Peace and Love!

Memorial Service for Geno Beck

We will celebrate the life of long-time friend of Trinity, Geno Beck, at 
12 noon. Following the service we will share refreshments in Cozy Corner.

Some of you may remember Geno as he worked hard to keep many of the school's in Beaver Dam, spic and span, even when he was fighting cancer.
I heard he got along quite well with all the kids, no doubt because of his great smile and his habits of talking to everyone, even himself, giving a hand to everyone in need, quirky personality, and his love of life and the Lord.

He seemed to always have on Marine Corp. "red", he was so very proud of the time he served our country in the Marines. He was always there for any veterans that needed a ride to the doctor or any other appointments, or just to keep them company and reminisce about their time in the service. He was there for anyone who needed him.

He loved to open the church doors, greet, and assist people out of their cars and into church, we had our own valet.
As much as he loved to get me and everyone else, all excited and arguing with him, we are all going to miss him at Trinity Church. Geno was one of a kind!!!

Geno was a great friend to me for  40 years. He loved the Lord and was always willing to share his faith with those around him. To the family I extend my condolences. He will be missed by me and so many others who he touched through his life and his testimony to the love and greatness of the God he loved. 

Dear family.  I truly am sorry for your loss.  Geno Beck was my wonderful good friend of nearly 50 years.   Geno was never less than 100% for Jesus.  He was "untraditional" and "radical" in his ability to relate the Gospel to people.  His cool hat(s), his ear rings and even his pigtail set him apart as the most unique street preacher in the community and even the country.  He was devoted to Jesus Christ and to reaching those on drugs, alcohol and those in jail and prison.  Years ago he and I did prison ministry together along with other ministers.  He also was a proud Marine Veteran and loved America.  I, his wonderful family and his many friends will miss him alot and we look forward to a reunion in Heaven.  Thankyou Jesus for the blessing of knowing Geno Beck here on earth.

sorry for ur loss .geno was a amzing men .I loved he he shared faith with other and what god did for him and he was a sweet men . he was a great friend to me .I will miss him .but he with our god .he told me that he was ready to go .it at great loss with out him around .when I said my good by to him and hugged and all when he come tour church to give his testimony it hit home for me .he told me to not be sad just promise him to put god frist ,itold him I will,.i will miss him coming to our church and then to lunch with the group , big hugs to u all I wii keep u all in my prays iwas praying for u all today , he no longer in pain .my best to u all rest in glory geno big hugs to u too 

Trinity Church-United Methodist in Beaver Dam was blessed by Geno's presence in our faith community - through the encouragement of his spirit and the strength of his faith.  He made every day a "great day with the Lord, because we are saved!"  He will be much missed by his church family and friends here in Beaver Dam.  We will be remembering him here in Beaver Dam with a short service and refreshments, midday on February 14.  We hold everyone grieving Geno's death in our prayers - even as we know the Gospel music in heaven kicked up several notches last week!

I have had a friendship for over 40 years with Geno.i am grateful.for the genuine friendship ,support ,and prayer that he gave my entire family.No words seem adequate to explain the goodness of him.He loved the Lord,and helped guide the "lost" ,always putting others 1st,a hard worker,helping anyone he could are only a few of his many attributes.i am assured his entire family knows how much they were each loved by him.As much as he will be missed I know he his welcomed to his heavenly home and that is always where he lived his life to rest.....heartfelt and sincere sympathy to the family ...I  am grateful as I remember him always for I was blessed to have had him in my life.Rest up ,in peace  and salvation.
