Machesney Park- Gary C. Whitford, 79, passed away March 22, 2012 at home surrounded by his family. Born September 20, 1932 in Rockford to Clifford and El-Nora Whitford. Gary married Diann (Rowe) Whitford on February 25, 1967. He loved spending time with his family, treasured his grandchildren, and enjoyed tinkering around and fixing cars. Gary is survived by his wife Diann, son, Ty (Marci) Whitford, daughter Starr Blum, son Cory (Xavier) Whitford; sister Marlene Hult, eleven grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded by his parents and sister, Jeanine Scroggins. Gary came to know the LORD in 2004 and was baptized in 2006. New Address: HEAVEN
