Johnny G. Stephens

Johnny G. Stephens, 76, died Thursday, November 23, 2017. In a life well celebrated, Johnny married Barbara Frazier in 1963, together they shared 45 years while raising their three children in a home filled with love. Barbara preceded him in 2008. Johnny was a valued employee with CamCar for over 43 years and worked alongside his son, David for several years. He enjoyed being a part of CamCar's bowling team and enjoyed spending time fishing. He loved his morning coffee, TV entertainment and surrounding himself with family. His boys would agree he was a man of wise counsel. Johnny was born in Strawberry Ark. On September 21, 1941 to Johnny and Sybil (Parlee) Stephens.

Survivors: sons, David (Kristina), Jerry (Edna), James (Christina) Stephens; grandchildren, Jeremy, Heather, Johnathon, Jamie, Kayla, Kelsey, Hailey, Courtney; 15 great-grandchildren; sisters, Sue (Don) Phillips, Rita Stephens; close friends, Kay Pyle, Jerry Morrisett, Bill Green, Don Monroe and Joan Doser-Coward. Predeceased by parents; wife, siblings, Lilly, Jessie, Marie, Danny. The family would like to express their gratitude for the wonderful care given by the staff at SwedishAmerican Hospital.
