Marvin Dean Cline, 59, of Rockford passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2020. Born October, 29, 1960 in Rockford. Son of Cecil Ray and Martha (Kozeliski) Cline. During his younger years, Marvin did roofing for work until joining the Laborer’s Union #32 where he worked for Rockford Blacktop for 20 years. Marvin enjoyed riding his Harley, working on cars and spending time in his garage tinkering while having a cold beer. He would love to go to drives wherever his truck took him. He was the kind of person who loved to make people laugh even on their worst day to make them feel better. He had a big heart and was always there to help whoever and whatever they needed. Marvin loved to visit with friends at Rocky, Legends Bar and Neighbors Bar to name a couple. Marvin was loved by everyone and he loved them all just as much. Above all, his baby girl, Emma and his family was the most important. He is going to be dearly missed.
