

FORT VALLEY – Bobby Lee Crosby, 74, passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue with burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Tim Kelly will officiate. The family will meet friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Crosby, son of the late Tommie Jim Crosby and Maggie Smith Crosby, was born in Cochran and had lived in the Middle
Georgia Area all his life. He was fleet supervisor retired from Pepsi Bottling Co. and attended Gateway Fellowship Church of God. Mr. Crosby was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a talented musician and loved playing the guitar. He was preceded in death by his wife, Laura Frances Revell Crosby.
Survivors include his children, Kathy Heard of Loganville, Elaine Reynolds, Bobby Neal Crosby and Laurie Denise Skates, all of Fort Valley, Terry Wooten of Macon and Tommy Wayne Crosby of Musella; his brother, Willis Crosby of Columbus; his companion, Nancy W. Nguyen of Fort Valley; seventeen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
