Mrs. Whitehead was a member of Grace Christian Fellowship in Macon.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Perry Whitehead and a daughter, Shirley Jean Whitehead.
She is survived by two daughters: Linda (Frank) Shepard of Macon and Diana (John) Smiley of Luthersville, GA along with four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
