

Earl P. Pace, 93, passed away Friday, April 22, 2016 at a local nursing facility. Funeral services and a celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday at Liberty United Methodist Church with burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens with Military Honors. The Rev. Wayne Anthony and Dr. William Oliver will officiate. The family will meet friends from 10:00 a.m. to service time on Monday at the church. They ask that memorial donations be made to Liberty United Methodist Church, 6511 Houston Road, Macon 31216 or to Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation, Inc. 5582 Peachtree Road, Atlanta 30341.
Mr. Pace, son of the late John P. and Ida Collins Pace, was born in Center, GA and was a graduate of Benton High School, Nicholson, GA. He served with the U. S. Air Force and was chief electronic production manager retired from Robins Air Force Base. Mr. Pace was a member of Liberty United Methodist Church, and a Charter Member of Rutland Lions Club with fifty-five years of perfect attendance. The tenth of eleven children, he was preceded in death by six sisters and three brothers.
He is survived by those he loved most, his family, his wife of sixty-four years, June C. Pace; his daughter, Lynne (Ed) Jaindl; sister, Edna (Johnnie) Huey; grandsons, Justin Etheridge and David Etheridge; three great granddaughters, Madison, Brooklynn and Mackenzie Etheridge, and several nieces and
nephews.
