A native of Macon, Freddy was employed with Gales Georgia Recovery. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Thomas A. Dial; fraternal grandparents, Fred and Bessie Cook; his aunt, Sandra Kay White and his cousin, Gregory D. White.
Freddy is survived by his parents, Fred and Deborah Cook; sister, Amy C. Nesmith; nephew, Thomas Nesmith; cousin, Rhonda M. Matthews and cousins, Dakota White, Skyler and Cameron Matthews; stepdaughters, Bree Wagner, Shayla Ellington and the love of his life, granddaughter, Zoie Ann Ethridge; girlfriend, Valerie White.
