Jackie Ronald Couch

Jackie R. Couch November 26, 1930 - January 27, 2017 Hiawassee, GA- Jackie R. Couch, 86, passed away on Friday January 27, 2017. A Celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Snow's Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono. Burial will be at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Paul Dziadul officiating. The family will greet friends on Monday, January 30, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono.

Mr. Couch was born in Milledgeville, Georgia to the late John Grady and Arline Reeves Couch. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 44 years Melba Couch and brother, John Grady Couch, Jr. Jackie was retired after 40 years of service from Coca Cola Enterprises. He was of the Baptist faith and he enjoyed fishing, gardening, blue grass, and gospel music. He was a devoted and loving, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and uncle.

He is survived by his wife Mary Maddox Couch, children, Margie (Steve) Johnson, Mark (Diane) Couch, Libby Thomas, grandchild, Jennifer Johnson (Cody Heath), great grandchildren, Jayden Colt Heath, and Malia Heath, two step daughters, Deborah (Harold) Ford, Alisa Martin, three step children, Kristen (Jon) Craig, Kelly Ford, Ashley (Dean) Lovering, great step granddaughter, Victoria Craig, and several nieces and nephews.
