Mrs. Katherine R. Edwards

Katherine R. Edwards -MACON - Katherine R. Edwards, 72, passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2010 in a Dublin hospital. Funeral services will be held at 3P.M. Saturday at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue. The Rev. Rob Farr will officiate. The family will meet friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. -Ms. Edwards was preceded in death by her parents, Britton James Morris and Lena Alberta Moore Morris, brothers, James Morris, Jr., Robert Charles Morris, Mendell Lee Morris and Leaman Alvis Morris and sister, Bertha Louise (Bonnie) Prater and her son, David S. Leonard. She was born in Charlotte, NC and was a homemaker. -Survivors include her children, Don B. Leonard of Macon, Daulton M. Lott of Alaska and Deborah J. Payton of Dudley; eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren; her brother, Leverne Bruce Morris of Charlotte, NC; her sister, Patricia Natalie Ashmond of Anderson, SC, and a number of nieces and nephews. -Snow's Memorial Chapel Funeral and Cremation Services, Pio Nono Avenue has charge of arrangements.
