

Ken Brown, 72, passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at a local hospital. Memorial services and a celebration of his life will be held at 4 p.m., Thursday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue with Damon Lawson and Vann Collins officiating. The family will meet friends from 3 p.m. to service time on Thursday at the funeral home. They suggest that those who wish make memorial contributions to the Wounded Warriors Project, P. O. Mr. Brown, son of the late Clarence H. and Avis Delores Ragan Brown, was a lifelong resident of Macon. He was a member of the MOPAR Club – South, North, Middle Georgia and the 300 Club. He was an avid racing fan and antique toy collector. Ken was of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Cynthia and by his sister, Jacquelyn Goodman. Most of all, he cherished his family and was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
He is survived by his beloved family, his wife of fifty-two years, Helen K. Brown; his daughters, Debra Tullis and Angela Brown; his grandchildren, April Brown and Gwendolyn (James) Bender; five great grandchildren and several cousins.
