A visitation for James will be held Friday, December 16, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Snow's Memorial Chapel, 1419 Bass Road, Macon, Georgia 31210, followed by a Celebration of Life at 5:00 PM. Burial will be at a later date in Arlington, Virginia. Friend and Layman Jeff Price will officiate. Mr. Johnson was born September 3, 1946 in Social Circle, Georgia the son of the late Kitty Nell Malcolm Johnson and James Theron Johnson. He was preceded in death by his son, Ken Johnson and brothers, Lanier Johnson and Donald Johnson. Mr. Johnson was retired from the United States Navy and the North Charleston Water Authority.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife, Jeri Rogoulet Johnson of Macon; daughter, Elizabeth Fenimore (Phillip) of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Sarah and Anthony Fenimore of Warner Robins; sister, Ava Trubey.
