Reubin G. Locks

Reubin G. Locks, 77, passed away on Friday, July 19, 2013. A Celebration of his life will be held on Monday, July 22, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Snow’s Memorial, Pio Nono Avenue, with the Rev. Andy Oxford offciating. Burial will be in the Centenary United Methodist Church Cemetery in Madisonville, VA. The family will meet friends on Monday, from 3:00 p.m. to service time at the funeral home. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to the Humane Society, P.O. Box 7554, Macon GA 31209.

Mr. Locks was born in Richmond, VA to the late Darius and Vivian Locks. Reubin served in the Air Force and the Virginia National Guard. He was retired from Brown and Williamson Tobacco Company in 2001.

He is survived by his wife, Gladys R. Locks of Macon, two daughters, Catherine G. Locks, and Susan D. Locks, one grandson, Benjamin Locks, brother, D. M. (Bobbi) Locks, Jr., sisters-in-law, Evelyn Taylor, Elsie Finch, and brother-in-law, W.C. Roach and several nieces and nephews.
