

Angelo E. Palange, 67, of Clinton, died on July 25 at Yale-New Haven Hospital, after a long illness. Born on July 7, 1944 in New Haven, CT. Son of the late Anthony Palange and Thomasina Fusco Palange. A lifelong Teamster, Angelo worked as a food / beverage distributor, retiring from Interstate Brands Corp. in 2008. He will always be remembered and missed for his kind and gentle heart, free spirit, and dedication to his children. Angelo enjoyed riding his motorcycle, restoring classic cars, listening to Rock & Roll music, cooking, and expressing comic criticism of society.
He is survived by three sons, Matthew and Justin Palange of Clinton, and Marc Pease of New Haven, daughter Terese Palange-DeLuca of Branford, and two granddaughters, Alyssa and Briana. He is also survived by brothers Anthony Palange of Denver, CO, and Thomas Palange, and sisters Philomena Libretti of East Haven and Darlene Mirto of North Haven. He was predeceased by a son, Michael Palange.
Family will receive friends from 9 to 10:40 AM Friday, July 29 at the Swan Funeral Home, 825 Boston Post Rd., Madison CT. Funeral procession will leave at 10:45 for a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Grove Street in Clinton. Burial will be private.
