Mary Rosato

Mary Rosato, age 94, of Madison passed away Wednesday July 20, 2011 at Yale New Haven Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Anthony Rosato. Mary was born in Brooklyn N.Y. on July 27, 1916, to the late Joseph and Anna (Babrel) Balbaton.

She is survived by her two children, Isabela Cook of Madison, and Ralph Rosato of Massapequa L.I. she is also survived by three grandchildren, Alison Stouraites and her husband Bill of New York, Kenneth Cook of New York and Anthony Rosato of Massapequa L.I. and one great grandson, her shining star Kenneth Stouraites also of N.Y. Mary is predeceased by two sisters, Helen Balbaton and Wanda Dawiczkowski.

Family and friends may visit the Swan Funeral Home, 825 Boston Post Rd. Madison, Sunday July 24, from 5 to 8. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday July 25, at 9am at St Margaret Church in Madison. Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery in Queens N.Y. at 1:30 pm.
