Robert J. MacLean, 86, of Madison, passed away at home on Sept 23, 2013 surrounded by his family. Bob was born in 1927 and was predeceased by his wife Phoebe (Higley) MacLean, son Stuart (Sandy) MacLean, and grandsons Eli MacLean and Brandon Sotomayor.
He is survived by his daughter Leslie Sotomayor and her husband Gregorio, grandchildren Jennifer Villalona and her husband Jonathan, Mindy and Mason Sotomayor, and great-granddaughter Jailia Villalona.
Prior to his retirement, Bob worked for Southern New England Telephone and was a member of the Madison Volunteer Fire Dept.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 5, 11:00 AM at West Cemetery, Boston Post Road, Madison.
