Daniel Lee Jones

Daniel was born on August 19, 1945 in Detroit . He proudly served his country with US Army from 1965 until 1967, and received a Bronze Star. Daniel was the owner and President of Dumatice Devices until his retirement in 2004.

He was a proud member of the Madison Heights Lions Club; serving as a four time past President, Secretary, Zone Chairman, and recipient of the Melvin Jones Award. Daniel was also very active and held many offices in the Madison Heights Jaycees, Madison Heights Kiwanis,Madison Heights Goodfellows, Friends of Madison Heights Youth, co-founder of the Madison Heights Community Roundtable, and Chairman of the Board for Gateway Counseling Center. Daniel was the recipient of many volunteering awards.

Beloved husband of 45 years to Jackie; loving father of Stephen (Missy) Jones, Jessica Jones, Craig Cabble, and Brian (Nicole) Cabble; proud grandfather of Anderson Cabble, Colin Cabble, Ryker Cabble, Graham Jones, and Charlotte Jones; dear brother of Chris (Lynn) Jones, Scott (Chris) Jones, Bonnie (Jerry) Kaiser, and Laurie Jones; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
