Russell W. Hayes of Buffalo, NY entered into rest August 20, 2023. Devoted father of Neveah, Sincere, Kevin, Selah and Semaj; loving son of Russell V. Hayes and the late Cecilia Glover (Price), Grandson of Theodore Price. Dear brother of Petrina Price, Angela Dawn Carbajal, Darcel Martinez, Matthew (Andrea) Gissentanna, Christina Kimble and Noah Daniel. Russell is preceded in death by Grandmothers Mary Hayes and Patrinia Price, Grandfather William Hayes Jr., Niece Dionna Berry and many other dear relatives and friends.
Russell Hayes was born in Buffalo, NY on May 3, 1983. Graduate of Hutchinson Central Technical High School, informally known as Hutch-Tech and concluded his education at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Russell served as an active and avid member of Believers International Church (TX), Infinite House of Praise (TX) and Compassion Church (NC).
Growing up, Russell “Russ” Hayes was an accomplished athlete and scholar. His hard work and dedication led him to many successful business ventures which allowed him to bless countless friends, family and those in need. Russell will be remembered for his impeccable work ethic, loyalty and devotion to his entire community. His alms shall be cherished and memory extolled.
Funeral Services will be held for Russell at Edward Swanson & Son Funeral Home, 30351 Dequindre Road, Madison Heights, MI 48071.

Public Visitation: 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Russell will be laid to rest at Mount Calvary Cemetery in Buffalo, New York.
