Cecil Harris Stilwell, Jr.

Born December 3, 1962 Cecil was a profoundly compassionate soul, always ready to lend a helping hand, and known for his generosity even when he had nothing to give. A devoted animal and dog lover, he expressed this through his love and care for his dog, Petey. Renowned for his captivating story-telling, Cecil leaves a lasting legacy of love and care, overcoming personal struggles while consistently expressing genuine concern for those around him.

Those left to cherish Cecil’s memory include his siblings Lisa Viar and her husband Tony, David Stilwell and his wife Yvonne, Greg Stilwell and his wife Sherril; and his nieces and nephews.
