Born November 20, 1932 in Agricola, she was the daughter of the late Woodsie Garrett Campbell Stinnett and the late Charles L. Stinnett and was also preceded in death by her brother, Roy C. “Bugg” Campbell and her favorite son-in-law, Ray Beard. Frances retired from Old Dominion Box Company. She was a member of Sandy Bottom Christian Church.
Frances is survived her children, Charles, Donna, and John Blankenship, all of Madison Heights and Karen Beard and her grandson, Chris Beard, both of Lynchburg.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, November 25, 2017 at Whitten Monelison Chapel with the Rev. Jim Freeman officiating.
