Jean Delores Huffman

Jean Delores Huffman, 73, of Lynchburg passed away Monday, December 31, 2018, at The Carrington Nursing Home. Born July 20, 1945, in Lynchburg, she was the daughter of the late Harvey Eugene Huffman and the late Maud Holland Huffman. Jean was a retired labor and delivery nurse for Centra-Virginia Baptist Hospital. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by one sister, Della Powell; and one nephew, William (Billy) G. Powell, Jr. Jean is survived by one sister, Diane Taylor (Thomas) of Atlanta, GA; two nephews, Gene Powell (Melissa), Matthew Taylor and Andrea Diemer. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Centra-Virginia Baptist Hospital Labor and Delivery Department.
