Whitten Monelison Chapel

Joseph William Blair, 77, of Madison Heights, passed away Thursday, January 13, 2022 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He was the husband of Kathleen F. Blair.

Born August 20, 1944 in Sommerville, NJ, he was the son of the late Edwin and Mildred Blair and was also preceded in death by a son, Paul Marcus Blair and eight siblings. Mr. Blair was a retired mechanic.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Joseph W. Blair, Jr.; a daughter, Bridgette G. Blair; a step-son, Mark Freeman; four brothers, Robert, Samuel, Jimmy, and Bill Blair; 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6-7:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Whitten Monelison Chapel in Madison Heights, VA.
