Born February 27, 1962 in Lynchburg, he was the son of the late Percy William and Mildred Whitmer Lowe. He was a painter with Guill Construction Company.
Larry is survived by his daughter, Samantha C. Lowe and her fiancé, Christian Foster of Spout Spring; a sister, Debbie Lipscomb and husband Joey of Appomattox County and a brother Tony Lowe and wife Anita of Madison Heights. Larry is also survived by his girlfriend, Cindy Capute, also of Madison Heights.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 7, 2018 at Providence Bible Church in Monroe, with Pastor Kirk Farmer officiating.
