Born March 22, 1936 in Lynchburg, she was the daughter of the late Edward Wilkerson and Frances Ann Bolling Leslie. Peggy was a retired Pharmacy Technician for Westminster Canterbury in Richmond and in Lynchburg. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her siblings Nancy W. Hawkins, and William Hodnett.
Left to cherish Peggy’s memory is her son Mike Garrett and his wife Tracey of Amherst; and her grandchildren Carter Garrett and Camryn Garrett.
A service to celebrate Peggy’s life will be held at Whitten Monelison Chapel on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 1:00pm officiated by Reverend Sara Hubble.
The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
