Randy William Beverly

Randy William Beverly, 56, of Monroe passed away on Monday April 15, 2019 at UVA Medical Center surrounded by his family following a long battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Born in Rockbridge County, September 24, 1962, he was the son of the late Carl Everett Beverly and Barbara Silvey Beverly. Randy was an electrician by trade. He loved the outdoors and spent hours working in the yard. He was a proud member of the Monican Indian Nation. He is survived by his wife, Yvonne Beverly; two children, Cathy Floyd and husband Greg and Jeffrey Hostetter and wife Evonne all of Buena Vista; four brothers, Lewis Noel and wife Kathy of Madison Heights, Michael Beverly and wife Angie, Paul Beverly and Mark Beverly and friend Billie Jo Cornett all of Athens, TN; one sister, Judy Huffman and husband Brian of Buena Vista and will be sadly missed by his dog, Sebastian and cat, Odin. To celebrate Randy’s life, the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 22, 2019 at Whitten Monelison Chapel.
