A beautiful, loving daughter, mother and grandmother she was adored by so many. She was an Optician for over 20 years at Charleston Optical and also served as a Chaplain at Charleston's Elks Lodge.
She had 2 wonderful children and 1 grandchild. Mandee Tinsley and her husband Bobby Tinsley of Cross Lanes, and Scott Mullins and Jordan Mullins both of Charleston. She is preceded in death by father Andrew Smith. She is survived by mother, Myrtle Smith, and 2 brothers and 1 sister, Brian Smith of Charleston, Wesley Smith of Wheeling and Velma Sword of Charleston.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at a later date!
