Debra was born in Charleston on July 8, 1960, to the late Harry and Naomi Taylor Pence. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Franklin Roberts. She was a member of the Oakridge Bible Church.
She is survived by her loving husband, Clay Jarrett; son, Morgan (Amanda) Jarrett; daughter, Elizabeth (Brandon) Wells; grandchildren, Braxton Wells and Grace Jarrett; sister, Ramone (Carl) Rogers; brothers, Marvin (Sue) Pence, Chuck (Judy) Pence and Wayne (Karen) Pence.
The funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden, with Pastor Matthew Jacob officiating. The committal will follow the service in Donnally Cemetery, Oakridge Drive, Charleston.
Family and friends will gather for the visitation Monday, June 23, 2014, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
