Mrs. Evans was born at Alcott, WV on November 25, 1940 to the late Lloyd & Cora Hill Slack. She was a retired Claims Assistant with WV State Workers Compensation with 20 years of service.
She is survived by her daughters, Kathy Campbell of Fayetteville, NC and Rebecca Evans of Charleston.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday August 29, 2022 at Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston with Pastor Matt Santen officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park. There will be no visitation.
