J. Jesus Parra Villaseñor, 47, of Charleston, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2017, at his home surrounded by his family following a long battle with ALS. He was born in Mexico on December 26, 1969. He was preceded in death by brother, Arturo Parra Villaseñor. Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 28 years, Alicia Parra; children, Edwiin (Cortney) Parra, Arturo Parra and Lizbeth Parra, all of Charleston; father and mother, Jesus and Antonia Parra; siblings, Consuelo (Rigoberto) Cobian, Lourdes (Jaime) Garcia, Violeta (Pedro) Lopez, Marco Antonio (Griselda) Parra and Rosa Maria (Osvaldo) Carrillo. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 3, 2017, at St. Agnes Catholic Church, Kanawha City. The burial will follow the service at Spring Hill Cemetery, Charleston. A visitation with family and friends will be held 6:00 p.m. Thursday, February 2, at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden, with a Christian Wake Service starting at 7:30 p.m.
