He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel Howard Parks and Marian Grace Parks, and son, Richard Michael Parks.
He is survived by daughter, Cristin Nicole Parks; and son, Daniel Lee Parks and wife Ginger; grandchildren, Logan Quinn, Courtney Parks and partner, Colby McCormick, Brandon Parks, Whitney Parks, and Rex Parks; and great-grandchildren, Colton, Halena, and Oliver.
Jay was a retired respiratory therapist and was devoted to his family. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren who will miss him greatly.
