Joyce was born in Charleston on June 1, 1949, to the late Earl and Florence Phillips Siders.
There will be a visitation from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 4, 2024, at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden. A Graveside Service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Monday, February 5, 2024, at Mary Immaculate Catholic Cemetery, Williamsburg, WV, with Deacon Robert Holliday officiating.
