

She was born on April 1, 1930 in Portsmouth, Ohio, to the late Robert “Granddaddy” and Nellie “Mimmie” Walke.
Joye lived for many years at Coal Fork Drive and was best known as “Mawmaw Joye” to many. She attended Valley Grove Church of the Nazarene and Coal Fork United Methodist Church.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Billy Reynolds and her son, Steve Reynolds.
Joye is survived by her daughter and her husband, Debi and Frankie Lawrence; brother and his wife, Bob and Janis Walke; grandchildren, Jimmy and Justin Beasley, Janette Parsons, Stephanie Landman and Colby Johnson; great-grandchildren, Jakob and Nathaniel Beasley, Avery Johnson, William and Tate Parsons, and Zoe and Ben Schmidt; nieces, Mollie, Krissy and Katie; and special friend to the family, Wanda Knapp.
The funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 14, 2016, at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden, with the Rev. Earl Cochran officiating. The burial will follow the service at Elk Hills Memorial Park, Big Chimney.
Family and friends will gather for the visitation one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
