Patricia was born in Charleston on October 8, 1952, to the late William Howard and Helen Farmer Lipscomb Sr. She was a 1970 graduate of Montgomery High School and was employed at the Marriott for several years.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Helena Christine Lipscomb; brother, William Howard Lipscomb Jr.; and a niece, Tanisha Webster.
Patricia is survived by a daughter, Nikki Wattie of Atlanta, Georgia.; sons, Michael Wattie Jr. of Atlanta, Georgia. and Sean Wattie of Huntington; sister, Leona Rodeheaver of Terra Alta, West Virginia; two grandchildren, Bryson and Braylon Wattie.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden, with Rev. Keith Walker officiating.
