Ronald Gordon Norman

Ronald was born at Tad on March 15, 1938 to the late Carson and Lois Robertson Norman. He was a 1956 graduate of DuPont High School; retired as a Truck Driver with Teamsters Local 175. He was a member of Big Bottom Missionary Baptist Church and an Army Vietnam Veteran.

Along with his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Norman.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria Wentz Norman; daughter, Sandra (Chris) Harrington of Mt. Croghan, SC; son, Cary Norman of Tamarack, FL; step-sons, Mark (Tammy) Norman and Paul (Kelly) Norman both of Tad; sister, Sara Wolfe of Tad; grandchildren, Noah Bright, Elizabeth Wright, Sara Bright, Samantha and Jason Harper, Megan and Shad Blount, Roger and Lexee Norman; seven great grandchildren; special nieces, Michelle Cottrell, Kristi Meadows and Sherry Frontino.

A visitation with family and friends will be held on Tuesday June 27, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden. The funeral procession will depart the Funeral Home at 12:15 PM for a Graveside Service with Military Honors at Elk Hills Memorial Park, Big Chimney at 1:00 PM with Pastor Fred Christian officiating.
