Jeff was born in Charleston on July 10, 1963, to Rondell Clayton and Ruby Skeens Jarrett. He was a 1981 graduate of DuPont High School; a retired truck driver for Pitt Ohio with 30 years of service; an avid hunter and fisherman and loved to ride his ATV. Jeff had a great sense of humor and loved to make everybody laugh.
Along with his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Heather Osborne; son, Clay Jarrett, both of Charleston; sister, Robin (Jamie) Sanchez of Charleston; grandchildren, Cade, Levi and Baylee Osborne and Paislea Jarrett; several nieces and nephews that he loved dearly; and his canine baby, Bella.
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden, with the Rev. Edward Jarrett officiating. Entombment will follow at Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville.
A visitation with family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service.
