

Born in Camden and raised in Clayton, he resided in Cherry Hill for most of his life before settling in Manahawkin in 2018.
Chuck earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. He worked as an engineering manager at several firms during his career, including United Engineers, Stone & Webster, Fluor Daniel, Jacobs, and First Solar. He was a member of the Elks Lodge #2340 in Manahawkin. He also converted to Catholicism through the parish of Christ Our Light in Cherry Hill, where he was very active in the RCIA and Marriage Partners.
He was predeceased by his son, Jonathan D. Corson in 1993; and his parents, Charles L. and Phyllis Corson.
Surviving are his loving wife of 55 years, Lorraine (nee Repice); his sons: Charles A. "Chad" Corson and his wife Valentina Bulavitchi, and Stephen Corson and his wife Jennifer; three granddaughters: Ana Maria, Maia, and Brooke; his brothers, Lane Corson (Paula) and Rob Corson (Sharon); and his uncle, Frank "Pete" Corson (Marge).
A memorial gathering will be held on March 21, 2025, at 9:30 am at The Catholic Community of Christ Our Light, 402 Kings Hwy N, Cherry Hill, NJ. The Memorial Mass will begin at 10:30 am at the church. Burial will immediately follow at Calvary Cemetery, 2398 Marlton Pike W, Cherry Hill, NJ.
