Dolores Haines

Dolores Haines (nee Arciola), 81, passed September 5, 2013. She was a resident of Manahawkin NJ for 15 years. Born in Bronx, New York, Dolores, loving mother to Barbara, Debby, Bill, June, and Linda. Additionally, she was a beloved grandmother to ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She leaves behind her beloved sister Arlene, along with many nieces and nephews.

Dolores enjoyed her waitressing jobs and will be sadly missed by the customers she served for 65 years, last working at Uncle Wills Pancake house most recently on LBI. She owned her own establishment in Prattsville NY from 1982-1987, called Sam's that served the best cheesecake. She was a dedicated mother, terrific cook and enjoyed making her special sauce and meatballs for her family's enjoyment.

Dolores' favorite pass time was cheering on her favorite team, The New York Yankees.

She was predeceased by her parents Blanche and Arthur Arciola, and beloved brother Mickie.

In Lieu of flowers donations will be appreciated to Wounded Warrior Project.
