i still can’t believe you’re gone. you aren’t forgotten. i really do love you so much. 

Every day in elementary school id look back to we’re you sat and see you all sad and mad and I never knew what it was you were upset about and I just assumed it was our boring English class with a teacher we never liked but you would always laugh at me when the teacher would stop the lesson to go through my backpack and look for my homework I Didn't do from the night before your crazy chuckle would make me laugh cause I knew I was a bad student that never did my homework and it made you laugh and that’s all that mattered, the want to make you wanna laugh when ever I saw you down really made me who I am today and to this day I can’t stand when people are sad and angry and I just wanna talk things out with people to help them and I truly got that from you and I can’t thankyou enough for that and I will forever be this way because of you for the rest of my life. ~ till we laugh again grace🙏🏻

Sweet Grace though I just recently got to meet you, I knew right away what a genuine loving person you were.  You held a very special place in my sons heart ❤️.  I will always treasure and hold dear speaking with you on Sunday night.  Words are few, thoughts are deep.  You fell asleep without saying goodbye, but memories of you will never die.  Rest In Peace beautiful

Grace was the most beautiful soul that i have ever met. I cannot understand why she was taken so soon, but i know we will meet again one day. I wouldn’t even know where to start with all the incredible memories i’ve had with her, and i am so thankful every day to have those memories. My universe is forever changed, I love you endlessly Gracé.

Grace and I may not have known each other a very long time, but the times we had spent together were always very memorable. I met her through my best friend Madison Budd, which was also one of Grace’s very best friends. When I was introduced to Grace for the first time I knew right away she was a genuine person and for some reason always felt like I could trust her. We shared great conversations with one another whenever we were together, and I will forever remember all of them. One thing I admired about her most was whatever she was talking about she was always very intrigued by it, she always wanted to go into depth about it. And no matter what I was talking about, even if I knew she wasn’t interested she always made it a point to listen and talk, I wish we had more time for a couple more talks. I hope she is at peace. 

Precious Grace your beautiful light has left this earth way to soon.  You are loved very deeply and will be greatly missed. May you rest in peace.  Heaven has a new angel who is the brightest of all.

To Grace and everyone affected by this tragic lost , 
  As a young kid nobody imagines anyone close to us leaving us and as I’ve grown older I’ve learned to cherish the people around me because things do happen to people we love. Very sadden to write this , I wasn’t close to grace but my heart aches for the people that are . I haven’t stopped thinking of you grace since I’ve heard about this sad sad sad and horrible accident . My heart truly goes out to everyone that loved her, what a sweet elegant girl taken way too soon. My condolences to her family as well as the Budd family . I can tell just from pictures you guys made her so happy. I pray grace you allow yourself to forgive everyone and everything including yourself in all perspectives of life. You deserve nothing but peace . May you rest in paradise , you will for sure be missed . 

The last time I hung out with Grace was in Madison’s backyard for a bonfire, right before all of our birthdays. Madison’s is October 14th, mine is October 16th and Grace’s was October 17th. We talked about how Madison was turning 21 in just a few days and how untimely it was for her to turn 21 during the pandemic. Grace optimistically looked forward for her 21st, since it would’ve been a whole year later (and hopefully post-pandemic). Me, turning 22, agreed that this wasn’t the most ideal year to turn 21 and told them both to “just wait” until they had a chance to truly go bar hopping together. It breaks my heart that Grace will never get to experience that transitional part of life- just one of so many experiences she has been robbed of. I’m so grateful we got to celebrate our birthday week chatting and laughing around the fire for hours. I was in the best company with Grace, Madison and Jake that night. Cheers to you, Grace. 💗🕊

(Part 2) The same feeling that I had in my chest every single time she would walk into a room I was in still lives inside of me, begging me to do my best for humanity first, Then myself. Thank you Grace, For teaching me one of life’s most valuable lessons. That lesson is that defense is not always necessary, but in fact, is most likely unwarranted. A women who was frail but never on Guard, reserved but never afraid to speak. I will live more like you. I will grow to accept all those who walk this earth including who oppose my being with open arms just as you would have. The energy that made you good has transferred, not only into the dimensions but into every living being that you touched. I will make sure it lives with me until I give the same values to my children. So then after I pass your teachings of light will never leave. I wish Peace to you, Because I know you are not resting. Your soul was not meant to slow down. Not a human, not a women. But an angel on earth. This death was not for no reason. But it will quickly will manifest itself like that if you allow those feeling. Things like this happen to people like Grace, to change people like us. Those of us who did not have what she had. Channel it. Use it only for deeds of light work. And teach your seed the way until you rest. GoodBye Grace, but only to your human self. My soul energy will never say those words. Part 1. The definition of “Grace” is, Simple elegance or refinement of movement. That is one very simple way to define the being that this women was whom used to walk this earth. Human words don’t justify the way of life that this women embodies. Pure goodness. No social boundaries lived in this girls mind. All forms of discrimination and segregation of the mind and body were damned in her presence because her light simply shined too bright. Simple Elegance. She walked slowly with calmness. While still demanding the respect of both men in women as she placed each foot to the ground. Refined movement, as she moved as minimally and as gently as possible while speaking words both so soft and so intricately intense that a room could not help but be moved by her being. There have not been many people in my life who I have observed and tried to diligently mold myself after. But Grace was one of them. I truly, cannot think of a single time that I had ever heard her belittle even one name. Even if that person may have been deserving of bashfulness. I also have never, and pray I never hear a single soul lower the name of Grace. There is simply nothing bad to say. It didn’t matter who you were, What you looked like, or how you spoke. Grace saw past those things. She is the pure representation of the judgment of Moral Code. How you conducted yourself as a man or a women was what she cared about. There were many times that I was acting out of line and when Grace came around I slowed down and thought to myself “Stop, this is a women who needs to have a pure representation of the values you hold and the man you truly are” I constantly strived to show her the healthiest most loving side of myself. And that constant reflection made me see that I could change. Because love is all you will ever get from this women. Too me, she is very much so alive. (No More Room)

Grace I’ve known you since you were practically born we may not of been blood related but you were blood to me I remember when you were younger and all the weekends you spent over your pop pops house with us and as you got older we didn’t see each other as much because we both lived our own lives and I wish I could of seen you more you knew you could always call if you needed anything at all I miss you and I wish I wld of reached out more to you I tried this has affected me I will always love you you will always be in my heart you will be missed by many and speaking on our families behalf we all love you and this should not of happened to you you had a whole life to live 

remember when you told me you couldn’t wait to get your license. and we’d buy an apartment together? dude you couldn’t wait to live your life with ME. we went to school together, on the bus we would have our one song “nuke town” we’d share headphones and take turns singing lyrics. we are in our own world together and it was so amazing. we would laugh endlessly because we watched each other dance while we took turns singing the lyrics 

Gracey Wacey, Lord do we all miss you. There will never be a day you are not thought about. We love you 🙏🏼🦋 

gracey do you remember we would take walks all the time? you’d pick up rocks and flowers and random weeds. life made you so happy, the random things in life made you feel so excited. you were so ready to live more. we took a walk and had to hide from a garbage truck because we were so scared it was cops. 

me and grace would have so much fun, all the time. we randomly walked all around town and found some bamboo trees. we took them and walked all around town holding a tree over our shoulders. i wonder what people thought we were doing 

My best friend. You were an angel on earth, and i truly believe that. If i could have saved you i would. You always knew how to put a smile on my face and you always listened to me rant no matter how stupid my issues were. Those issues were small. This ones huge. Going on without you will be one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do in my life, but I’m gonna do it because I know that’s what you would want. You were such a thoughtful human. I wish we were in my Pontiac right now dancing and singing to futsfal shuffle. You made me laugh so hard. This isn’t a goodbye, because i know i will see you again. Until then, please watch over me and send me signs. I love you my Gracie baby 💞🕊

I remember meeting Grace several years ago, through her sister Love! She was so quiet and shy, just for a little while! Lol  Grace became a staple at our home and was very close with our daughter Madison and son Evan! She was smart, funny and beautiful on the inside and out! We’ve shared so many great times together! We will treasure every second we were so blessed to have with her! Fly high sweet Grace!!! Mama Budd loves you and will miss you!! Until we meet again!  ❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻

I met Grace a couple summers ago. I worked with her on the beach as a beach badge checker. She was always so sweet and such a fun person. We got along very well. I also remembered her from school but we barely talked though. But she always made everyone laugh and smile. She’ll definitely be missed for sure. Sending a lot of prayers and love to you all.

Grave always knew how to put a smile on someone’s face. Anyone could say knowing grace and having conversations with her was the best thing anyone could’ve asked for. She always gave the best advice and knew where anyone was coming from in any situation. She will be remembered forever and loved for eternity. I wouldn't have survived high school without you by my side. Grace was truly a one of a kind beautiful friend and I am so thankful to have gotten to known someone like her. She helped me become the person I am today and I am so grateful for that. I am sending so many prayers up to you and to your family, please continue to watch over me. 

I’m so sorry for your loss of this beautiful young lady. She had a smile that lit up the whole room, what i’d do to see it one more time. She’ll forever be in my prayers🙏🤍

we didn’t get to hang out, but at school grace always stood up for me. we had classes when i was a  freshman and sophomore. kids were jerks and she’d always tell them to leave me alone or laugh at them and make me feel better. she always waved to me in the halls and i talked to her about a lot of stuff that would upset me. i appreciate her and her kind soul for always helping myself and others. truly will be forever missed and loved. she was such a sweet individual with such a kind heart and happy smile.
