John A Russo

John A Russo, age 94, of Egg Harbor Twp, New Jersey formally of Bradenton Fl passed away on Monday, July 17, 2023. John was born on March 7,1929 in Philadelphia, PA. and was the last surviving son of the late Nicola and Susan Russo. He was deeply loved by his late wife Patricia. John Russo was a devoted father to Patricia Messiner (Tom), Donna Burns,(Joe),Peggy Ball (Bill), Maryann Miscannon (George). Also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

John honorably served his country in the US Navy during the Korean War. He worked at the A&P Warehouse in Yeadon, P.A. for 35, years,then moved to florida where he worked another 20 years for Manatee County. John's greatest enjoyment came from time with his family, riding his bike and watching football. A funeral service for John and Patricia Russo will be held on Monday,August 14, beginning at 12:30 PM at the Atlantic County Veterans Cemetery located at 189 NJ Route 50 South ,Mays Landing,NJ 08330.
