Nancy Bartello

It is with deep sorrow that we report the passing of our beloved Nancy L. Bartello (maiden name, Porter), on December 26, 2015 in Barnegat, NJ.

She is survived by her fiancé, Wayne Meyers. Nancy is survived by her children: Sharon Hurley Caccamo, Greg (Karen) Hurley, Colleen Hurley Huseby, Toni Bartello Vetter, and grandchildren: Christopher (Suzanne) Zinsli, Rachel (Joe) Gorman, Shawna (Chad) Lewis, Gregory (Maria) Hurley, Meghan Huseby,

Erin-Kate (Tyler) Gresham, Brandon Sitzenstock, and two great granddaughters.

Nancy was predeceased by her husband, John J. Bartello, Sr.,and is survived by his children: Terry (Sharon) Bartello, John (Jill) Bartello, Jr.

Gale (Bud) Grant, and grandchildren: Jason Hoffman, Becky (Phil) Reutlinger, Tom (Jessica) Bartello, Joe (Jessica) Bartello, Clint (Sarah) Grant,

Chad (Karen) Grant, and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Dorothy Orzechowski and Marion McDonough.

Prior to Barnegat, Nancy resided in Haddonfield, Moorestown and

Willingboro, NJ. Her devoted dog, Casey, brought her great joy.

Nancy’s passions included sewing, quilting, crafts, CB radio,

Morse code, baking, feeding hummingbirds, billiards, and

spending countless years down the shore at Holgate on Long

Beach Island, NJ.

A memorial service, open to all, will be held on Friday, January 22, 2016 from 10:00am-12:00pm at Thos. L. Shinn

Funeral Home, 10 Hilliard Dr., Manahawkin, NJ.

A private memorial service will take place at Beverly National Cemetery, NJ

The family wishes to thank Father Marcin Kania of St. Mary’s

Church for his Christmas Day blessing and Anointing of the Sick.
