3-11-1942 to 3-26-2022
Patricia Ann Campoli (nee Kirk), of Manahawkin, NJ passed away unexpectedly on March 26,
2022.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years Ron Campoli, Sr. and their children Pamela
Heim and her husband, Frank. Ron, Jr and his wife Tracy, Randy and his wife Carrie, Mary
Beth Rodgers and her husband Brent. Her 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Predeceased by her grandson Michael.
Born in Philadelphia to Joseph and Gertrude Kirk. Moved with her family to Long Beach Island
in 1972. She immediately got involved at St. Francis. Over the years she held the role of
Director of Volunteers, Social Director, she was a part of the Care Ministry, active with the 18
Mile Run, Festival of the Sea, Eucharistic Minister, Religious Education Teacher, and wherever
else she was needed to assist the parish and the community. Pat also spent 10 years at SOCH
in the patient intake department.
Known to the community as “Mom-Mom,” “Aunt Pat,” “Mrs. C,” or “Ms. Pat.” She was the
colonel with the whistle but always had a kind word, a soft shoulder and good advice to share.
She would open her home and heart to anyone who was in need.
She will forever be remembered by her grandchildren as a professional skydiver, a jockey, a
basketball player, a tennis player, a scuba diver, a firefighter, and a FiFA World Cup finalist. But
her greatest accomplishment would be when she successfully jumped out of a plane and landed
on her horse Irish-Spring and rode off into the sunset. We believe she got her theatrical abilities
from her family lineage to the Adam Forepaugh’s Circus.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Francis of Assisi Parish 4700 Long Beach Blvd.
Long Beach.
