Born in Morristown, NJ he lived in East Brunswick, NJ before moving to Astoria, NY 10 years ago.
He was a graduate of Union College, Schenectady, New York in 2005. He also graduated from the Howie the Harp Advocacy Center of NYC.
He was a Peer Counselor and had worked at Manhattan Psychiatric Center. He was a Comedy writer and had written a play.
He enjoyed animals especially dogs, adopting them and training them.
Andrew is survived by; father Mark Wininger and mother Florence Wininger; a sister Rachel and a niece .
A Graveside Funeral Service for Andrew will be held Monday, June 25, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Floral Park Cemetery, Monmouth Junction, New Jersey 08852-3032.
The Period of Mourning will be observed at the residence of Mark and Florence Wininger as follows:
Monday after the burial, Tuesday and Wednesday 1:00 pm- 5:00 pm, 7:00 pm-9:00 pm.
