Arthur is survived by his wife Sheila; daughter Cindy Lopater-Delourey (Thomas) of Middletown, New Jersey; daughter Robin Leopold (Kenneth) of New York, New York; granddaughter Jamie Leopold; grandson Jonathan Leopold; sister Beth Stamp of Englishtown, New Jersey; brother Lawrence Lopater (Donna) of Florida; sister-in-law Bearnice Lopater of Florida; and sister-in-law Phyllis Cohen (Robert) of Westchester, New York.
