Barry lived a life defined by creativity, talent, and heart. A highly successful art director by profession, he brought vision and passion to his work, leaving a lasting impression through both his career and his personal artistry. He was also an incredibly talented watercolor artist, and his work reflected his unique perspective and appreciation for the world around him.
He found joy in life’s simple moments—laughter, connection, and time spent with those he loved. Barry had a gentle spirit and a warm sense of humor that put people at ease .He especially loved to laugh and brought that lightness into every room he entered.
Above all, Barry was devoted to his family. He was the beloved husband of Gloria for 67 years, a proud father to Scott Silverman and Craig Silverman, and a cherished grandfather to Ethan, Rachael, Samantha, and Joseph. His love for his family was constant, steady, and deeply felt.
Barry’s legacy lives on through his family, his artwork, and the countless memories he created. His ability to see beauty in the world—and to help others see it too—will never be forgotten.
